हीरे मोती मैं ना चाहूं ... मैं तो चाहूं संगम तेरा .... these are the beautiful lines from the song Saiyaan by Kailash Kher. I personally feel that Sufi touch given to the lyrics makes the songs like Saiyaan,Teri Deewani distinguished ones.... wait.... did u get it proper ? I said Sufi lyrics NOT the Sufi music :)
Yes,I mean it. Why do we like such songs, which deserve a feminine voice, by vocals of Kailash ? The underlying fact is that such songs are actually dedicated to Him, the Almighty. In the ancient time but not so long ago :) , when Mughals came to India , their saints aka Sufi saints came here and they used to have discussions with Indian thinkers at peaceful places like bank of river etc (source - Discovery Channel). And the common point came out was that except Him all are feminine elements here (स्त्री रूप ). I think that's why we literally immerse in the joy when we listen them. In fact in Vaishnav Community (वैष्णव सम्प्रदाय) the same view is considered.
You must have become enlightened by these lines by Shri Shri 2016 (double of 1008) Ravi Shankar Ji Maharaj :)
Now some nonsense stuff...
There is something called skirt length theory used for prediction of stock markets. I was unknowingly trying this theory from past one month but rather than skirt's length it was something else. Mostly based on movie "Just My Luck". Looks like my Luck is again with me that's why again good things started happening, can't reveal the things because of CCI 8-)
The other day was one of the most hilarious day of my life when I tortured my friends by some golden era songs in the Kitchen :D
SNR solved the last problem, but I was asking for intuitive proof, let me just finish it off,
If we look at the inequality we can come across following expression,
(a+b+c)(1/(a+b) + 1/(b+c) +1/(c+a) ) >= 9/2
OR, (1/(a+b) + 1/(b+c) + 1/(c+a) ) >=9/{2(a+b+c)}
OR, (1/(a+b) + 1/(b+c) + 1/(c+a) ) >=9/{(a+b)+(b+c)+(c+a)}
which can be proved to be true in 2 ways, First , AM >HM, Second by AM>GM. I leave it to reader how can we employ both methods. But all I wanted to say is that we get intuition of considering (a+b),(b+c) and (c+a) as 3 independent variables from the above expression.
Then this month SNR showed me an interesting problem which is seen by all IIT aspirants but its 5 line solution is found by J H Hardy and can be found in his book on applied maths (source-SNR). Problem is
"Definite integral from 0 to pi of { (cosnx-cosny) / (cosx -cosy) } with respect to y is pi*sin nx/sin x "
And the trick I found was the Z-transform approach. Because IIT aspirants are not aware of this approach, they take 2-3 pages to solve it.
There is one more problem but I am not sure whether its proved which has roots in a problem in the book of S L Loney for trigonometry. will talk on this some time.
I watched 2 movies on consecutive days (Fri-Sat) . The first one I saw was Phoonk 2 and second was Paathshala.
Phoonk 2 was a funny movie, even your girl friend won't get frightened after watching it. People were whistling whenever they saw Ghost :) But some how my friend was afraid he didn't let me go out of the theater even in the break. I personally feel that RGV ' charm is no longer sustained when it comes to the genre Horror. The only movie I found impressive was "Raat" , which in turn was inspired by a well known Hollywood flick.
Paathshala was a waste of time, Director wanted to convey some message but couldn't carry it well.
Waiting to write some good reviews for next month, c ya o.
